The location of Schloss Hotel Korb is uniquely beautiful – from here you have a breathtaking view of the South Tyrolean valley with the city of Bolzano and the mountain ranges in the background! Even at breakfast (an extensive, delicious buffet with regional products and homemade baked goods) you can start the day perfectly on the restaurant terrace with the view into the valley. The rooms are spacious, very cozy and extremely clean. We had our own terrace with a small garden – again with the wonderful view into the distance! The entire hotel with its three pools, a koi pond and a generous, beautiful garden is perfectly maintained. The 4-course dinner menu is very refined and varied. The management and service staff are extremely attentive and friendly, making Schloss Hotel Korb an absolute feel-good destination! Both we adults and our two children thoroughly enjoyed our 14-day stay and are already planning to return next year!

The location is absolutely gorgeous! Situated right in the middle of a vineyard with comfortable sunbathing areas and pleasant pools. The host and all staff are very attentive and genuinely go out of their way to fulfill almost every wish. Breakfast and dinner on the terrace with a view of St. Paul and Bolzano were simply wonderful, and dinner was always delicious and beautifully presented! I would like to highlight the generous salad buffet as a new positive feature. The first barbecue evening of the season was a real success and sensationally good!

This is a medieval castle transformed into a very cool hotel. We enjoyed 3 days at this incredible place. We thank the wonderful Ana Maria and the Dellago couple and team for their kindness and warmth. While you are here, I recommend enjoying a Forst, the authentic beer from Bolzano, South Tyrol. We cannot forget to mention the excellent service during meals. Congratulations to Alejandro, Nico, Mela and Branko. Here the Dolomites come to life!

We have been guests at Schloss Hotel Korb on several occasions. The hospitality, the ambiance, the location, the food, the staff, the entire estate with the pools, the rooms and last but not least the host with his dog (Sissi) are difficult to put into words. Simply everything is absolutely FANTASTIC!! Enthusiasm is the least one can express about this place.

This magical retreat in the middle of vineyards high above Bolzano is a gift to lovers of excellent cuisine, outstanding wines and perfect service. Castle, winery, guesthouse, warmth – there are so many memories tied to Schloss Korb. I can only imagine how much sweat and tears it took to get this far. And the only thing we as guests can contribute to appreciate the hard work of the Dellagos is our gratitude and a little of our own personality as guests. Many heartfelt thanks.
